Patient Survival: Better than Expected?

"Better than Expected" means that the facilities actual patient survival (from 2004 to 2007) was longer than expected. When determining if a facility falls in the "better than expected" category, factors such as patients' age, size, race, sex and whether they have diabetes are considered.
