Patient Survival: Worse than expected

"Worse than Expected" means that the facility's actual patient survival (from 2004 to 2007) is worse than what is expected. Factors such as patients' age, size, race, sex and whether they have diabetes are considered in determining if a facility falls in the "worse than expected" category.
