What happens when I file a complaint about a dialysis facility?

Once the complaint is received, the ESRD Network will:

• Evaluate the complaint to see if the provider violated a rule
• Investigate the compliant by visiting the facility or sending a letter or refer the complaint to another agency
• Identify opportunities for improvement and ways to resolve the problem
• Recommend and take action against the facility
• Notify you of their findings
