Why aren't all of my Medicare claims forwarded to my secondary insurer?

It is not always necessary to crossover a claim to your secondary insurance company. Some reasons why your claim may not crossover include:

• Services paid at 100% such as flu shots and clinical lab tests
• Services your secondary insurance plan does not cover
• Services provided when your secondary plan was not in effect
• Services applied to deductible
